Owls

Three new baby owls are making their debut at Hatton Adventure World, near Warwick, this summer as part of the Arden Falconry display team.

The owlets are being raised by falconers Danielle Shearsby and Jason Raynor from Arden Falconry, which relocated to Hatton in 2011 with a large collection of birds of prey which provide exhilarating flying displays.

Danielle said: “We are delighted to have three healthy new owls.  Two ‘Little’ owls, which commonly live in hedgerows and wooded areas, are known for their pint-sized stature; and a ‘European Eagle’ owl, which are comparatively large in size, with some having wingspans in excess of two meters!”
